This seminar is for those who are ready to take the plunge into digital photography but don't know where to start. We'll help you match your needs to the right digital camera, assist you with your shooting technique and help you integrate digital imaging into your curriculum. We'll focus on selecting a digital camera, learning the fundamentals of digital photography, using a digital camera in the classroom, employing Adobe Photoshop Elements, printing digital photos, displaying digital photos on the Web, illustrating a story and much more. Join us for this workshop and receive the Test Quest video, which covers "Learning Styles," "Study Skills / Time Management" and "Test-Taking Skills," and the teachers guide, which includes activities to help "your cast" meet the same objective! Your students will participate in a series of self-discovery exercises that will help them learn to study more effectively and to improve their test-taking strategies.

A WebQuest is an inquiry-oriented activity in which information used by the learner is drawn from the Internet and the World Wide Web. WebQuests are designed to point learners to specific sets of information and to support learners' thinking at the levels of analysis, synthesis and evaluation. We will explore the components of a WebQuest and discuss how it can be designed and utilized in the classroom.
