How to change the name of your computer
If you host a Web site on your computer or share files on a network, you may want to tell other people your computer's IP address or AppleTalk computer name.

To see your current IP address and AppleTalk computer name, open the Sharing pane of System Preferences. Unless you use a fixed IP address, your IP address may change each time you connect to your network or the Internet. To change your computer's name, type a new one in the Computer Name box.

Editing in iPhoto
Tired of working with the small image as you try to fix it in iPhoto? Click on iPhoto?s preferences and select Open in Separate Window. Now when you double click, it will appear in its own window. Then, click the toolbar button in the top right of the window header ? it?s a small, clear, oblong button. This reveals the Edit Toolbar, which offers you Zoom, Fit, Rotate, Crop and Red Eye tools. You can also choose to customize the toolbar by clicking the Customize icon at the right and dragging the icon to the toolbar. Additional items include the Black & White tool and a selection of pre-sized crop tools:
