Session 3 ? Online Courses


PBS 45 & 49 is pleased to offer PBS Teacherline online professional development courses, which run from Feb. 2 to March 18, 2005. The cost is $150 and is due upon registration.

You can get credit for these two-credit courses from Kent State University for an additional $250 or from The University of Akron for an additional $290. You will receive a separate registration form in the mail. It must be returned to Kent State University or The University of Akron by Jan. 26.

Balanced Literacy: Reading in the Content Areas (Teaching Reading in the Content Areas) Plan learning experiences and environments that develop the specific skills and knowledge that students need in order to read material effectively in a variety of content areas and become independent learners.
