About the Dinner
Fine Italian food and wine headline
a special evening with Lidia Bastianich, host of PBS? The Italian-American Kitchen. Working with Lidia and recipes from her latest cookbook, Vaccaro?s Executive Chef Pete Shellenbach will present a spectacular dinner. Each course will be paired with a fine Italian wine selected by restaurateur Raphael Vaccaro. Lidia will introduce each course with stories about the recipes? history and traditions, and Raphael will offer background on each of the fine wines.
