Summer Schedule Additions

PBS 45 & 49 are gearing up for summer with a few changes in the weekday and weekend children's schedule. Check out the PBS 45 & 49 Children’s Schedule for our complete list of children's programming.

The Big Comfy Couch returns weekdays at 7 am this summer. There's no place cozier than The Big Comfy Couch, where youngsters can enjoy reading, dig deep for new discoveries and laugh at the antics of clowns and puppets. The main characters in the series, Loonette and Molly, encourage both physical and mental exploration and celebrate healthy body awareness.

Angelina Ballerina is back, airing Sundays at 7 am. Preschoolers need opportunities to play with children their own age in order to learn how to make friends, how to cooperate and how to get along with others. Angelina Ballerina provides opportunities for parents and caregivers to help young children learn about friendship.

ZOOM, airing weekdays at 10 am, features a cast of seven everyday kids who act, dance, goof around, read poems, do science experiments, talk, play games, whip up a few snacks and tell stories. Where do they get all these fun ideas? From viewers, of course!

Check out DragonflyTV, Saturdays at 8 am. DragonflyTV features real kids doing real science. Ever wonder what kind of wave makes a surfer rave? Feel like chasing a tornado? Go inside DragonflyTV to get the lowdown on all of our kid scientists' amazing investigations.
