Andre Rieu and the Johann Strauss Orchestra make their premier appearance in Ireland and perform for thousands of delighted fans at the Dublin Depot in Andre Rieu: Live From Dublin. Filling the music hall with orchestral compositions, solo instrumental performances, vocal renditions (both solo and duets) and humorous skits, Rieu and the orchestra present an evening of entertainment that brings the Irish audience to its feet with fervent applause.
Viewers will be excited and entertained by a collection of music masterpieces rendered by Rieu and his orchestra, with a special appearance by the world-famous Irish songwriter and violinist John Sheahan performing his famous "Marino Waltz" with Rieu. The audience is so enthusiastic that they encore together in a rousing performance of "Irish Washerwoman."
In this festival of music arranged by Andre Rieu, viewers experience the gentleness and flow of "Song of the Volga," boost their spirits with Franz Lehars uplifting "The Merry Widow," let their imaginations waltz romantically to Johann Strauss "The Blue Danube" and thrill to a magnificent orchestral rendition of "My Heart Will Go On" (the theme from Titanic).
Rieu presents world-class renditions of compositions such as Puccinis "O Mio Babbino Caro," Offenbachs "Song of Olympia," Beethovens "All Men Are Brothers" and Brahms beloved "Lullaby Andre Rieu: Live From Dublin contains a total of 20 musical melodies from around the world performed by Andre Rieu, his Johann Strauss Orchestra and singers Carmen Monarcha and Carla Maffioletti.
