In 1803, while still considered part of the western frontier, Ohio became the 17th addition to the United States of America. Two hundred years later, Ohioans from all corners of the state gathered to travel by wagon along the historic National Road, following in the footsteps of Ohio's pioneers on a 24-day, 291-mile journey. This program documents parts of that journey.
