Children nationwide will jump up and join in with Boohbah, the groundbreaking new series from the makers of Teletubbies. Powered by the laughter and joy of real children, the Boohbahs five colorful atoms of energy with infectious enthusiasm engage children as active participants in their own learning and growing process.

The glowing Boohball, which streaks like a rainbow ribbon across the sky, opens each episode. The children call each individual Boohbah Humbah, Jingbah, Jumbah, Zing Zing Zingbah and Zumbah to attention, initiating the characters' simple exercise routine that invites viewers to follow along.

Boohbah stimulates children on multiple levels. The program emphasizes active, rather than passive, viewing and builds children's self-confidence by encouraging them to be independent thinkers.

Elements of science and technology are woven into Boohbah, mirroring the lives of kids today. The series' environment, like the Boohbahs themselves, is inspired by the images and patterns of the natural world, helping children gain an early understanding of basic mathematical and scientific concepts.
